Your role

Portrait and projection of talents (opportunities and human risks):

Create a portrait of talent and predictable movements by including common cross-functional profiles, emerging profiles and profiles specific to different business units. Identify and understand strategic needs, risk scenarios as well as the impacts of current and future trends influencing the realities of the different sectors of the Bank.

Evolving our innovative practice:

Collaborate with several stakeholders to evolve the planning model with the required technological applications and processes (risk management, succession management, recruitment, retention, internal mobility, EE analytics). Establish and continuously monitor the required indicators (effectiveness, efficiency, impact) and propose the required actions.

Support the management team:

Provide advisory support to senior leaders and executives in addition to deploying empowerment activities aimed at developing the autonomy of various stakeholders and ensuring buy-in for the practice. Act as a leader to continually raise awareness among the management community of best practices in order to make them autonomous in the planning and dynamic management of their talent.

Your team: 

Within the Strategy, Architecture and Innovation vice-presidency sector, you report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning and Dynamic Talent Management. Our team stands out for its expertise in the strategic talent planning process and its collaboration-centered approach.

Prerequisites:

Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and ten (10) years of relevant experience Experience in strategic planning and talent management Excellent communication, vulgarization and synthesis skills, both written and oral Data-driven and analytical skills and ability to translate strategy into talent needs Ability to influence stakeholders while having a collaborative leadership style Proficiency in project management Languages:
Language: French
Language: English
