Job Description:
- Takes appointments over the phone and in person and manages online bookings.
- Manage and maximize the appointment book.
- Manages the cash register (payments, purchases, gift cards).
- Knowledgeable about the differences and technicalities of each treatment type and can provide clients with pertinent advice.
- Maintains a clean and safe workspace and ensures there is always sufficient supplies on hand.
- Ensures clients are fully-satisfied before leaving the spa and provides excellent customer service.
- Manage first-level customer complaints.
- Manage customer profiles and ensure that all required information is included.
- Ensure all clients are aware of the spa’s cancellation and refund policies.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
- At the request of management, perform administrative or other tasks deemed reasonable.
Criteria:
- You are personable and serious about providing the highest level of customer service.
- Bilingualism (you can engage with your client in French and English).
- You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly, and you have an excellent team spirit.
- Highly adaptable, organized, positive, energetic, and polite.
- Able to multitask

Description de tâches:
- Prendre les rendez-vous au téléphone et en personne ainsi qu’effectuer la gestion les rendez-vous en ligne.
- S’assurer de la gestion et maximisation du carnet de rendez-vous.
- Gestion de caisse (paiements, achats, cartes-cadeaux).
- Maitriser les différences et les particularités de chaque traitement et suggérer aux clients les soins les mieux adaptés à leurs besoins.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.
- S’assurer que les clients soient pleinement satisfaits avant de partir du spa et offrir un haut niveau service à la clientèle.
- Gestion de premier niveau des plaintes.
- Gestion du maintien des profiles des clients et s’assurer que toutes les informations d’identifications sont présentes.
- S’assurer d’informer les clients des politiques de remboursements et d’annulations du spa.
- Participer aux rencontres d’équipe et formations.
- S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches administratives ou autres jugés raisonnables à la demande de la direction.
Critères:
- Vous êtes sociable et sérieux d’offrir un service à la clientèle de niveau supérieur.
- Bilingue (vous êtes capable de discuter avec vos clients en français et en anglais).
- Vous êtes ponctuel, organisé, fiable et amical et possédez un excellent esprit d’équipe.
- Vous détenez une grande capacité d’adaptation, énergétique et avez une attitude positive.
- Vous êtes capable d’effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps.
