We provide Canadian dentists and dental practices with an array of non-clinical support and resources, including accounting, HR, marketing, as well as supply & equipment procurement.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant, Associate Fees to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Manager, Controls & Business Processes you will be primarily responsible for the oversight of dentists accounting of calculation of remuneration. 

This role will be based from our Head Office in Brossard - Montreal, Quebec. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Calculation of fees to be paid to dental professionals monthly according to reports from the systemDo the necessary monthly billing for dental professionalsEnter and verify data received from regional directors for the calculation of dental professional feesBe able to carry out GL account reconciliations for which you are responsibleBe the resource person for dental professionals and regional directors to respond to their requests when necessaryMonitor and pay certain expenses such as professional contributions, training and installment paymentsProduce annual summaries and tax statementsAll other duties as assigned by your leader or executive

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:

Hold a DEC in accounting and have more than five (5) years of experience in a similar position or other equivalent combination

Required Skills & Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and more particularly ExcelKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business central (asset);Knowledge of the accounts receivable cycleKnowledge of the accounts payable cycleHave a good analytical mind and a positive attitudeDemonstrate rigor and a good sense of organization in your workHave a good team spirit and the ability to handle pressureBe flexible, versatile and discreetExcellent communication skills in French and English, both written and oral
