Live In Superintendent/Cleaner -Couple - Woodstock, Ontario

Full time Live-in Superintendent/cleaner-Couple is required to take over the day-to-day operations. The Superintendent/cleaner-Couple will be our client’s customer service ambassador and be responsible to take care of the needs of the Residents located at Belleville

Duties Include but not limited to:

Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all common areas Immediate response to resident requests and work orders Daily inspection of grounds, facilities and equipment to determine if repairs or preventative maintenance is required Supervise and inspect work completed by contractors working on the property Maintain logs and maintenance records

Qualifications:

- years previous experience in building management and administration preferred General understanding of building cleaning, grounds care and maintenance Hands on field experience with building maintenance and repair Ability to work independently while problem solving Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
