: Document all experimental data in accordance with Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original and Accurate (ALCOA) guidelines. Independently perform HPLC, dissolution, and physical testing analysis using established procedures. Proficiency with Empower, NuGenesis, MS Word & Excel Software. Troubleshoot system suitability failures and implement solutions. Recognize and report unexpected or Out Of Specification (OOS) results immediately to the Supervisor and conduct laboratory investigations. Maintain a safe working environment and report potential hazards. Perform alternating or rotating shift work as required.

Requirements:

in chemistry or a related field. Experience with common laboratory equipment and operations. Understanding of basic chemistry and chromatographic separations. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative chemical or microbiological analysis. Awareness of quality and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach to scientific problems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Maintain strict compliance with Patheon quality systems Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Actively engage in departmental systems to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Demonstrate client and patient consciousness at all times. Understand Key Performance Indicators and strive to improve team performance. Embrace change and proactively identify areas for improvement. Consistently strive to improve skills and knowledge in the field.
