We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below: Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Responsibilities- Participate in/Lead Search Ads product development for Tiktok & TikTok Shop search ad demand side (web ads/app ads/lead ads/TikTok shop ads)- Deeply understand the advertiser needs, analyze the market and competitors, design products to provide better customer ROI and satisfaction. Track customer feedback, analyze product performance, and continuously iterate products- Deeply understand the auction ads system and iterate strategies to improve system efficiency- Constantly evolve processes and resources to improve the delivery speed and quality- Develop a deep understanding of the global advertising market and the needs of search advertisers- Corporate with R&D, middle platform, platform, PSO and other teams to advance the project

Minimum Qualifications: -Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications - Have experience interning at Internet companies- Project practice with data analysis- Technical background preferred
