Position Overview

As part of the People Experience organization, People Consultants share a mission to design and deliver a five-star experience enabling people managers. As a People Consultant, you will provide reliable and expert coaching and facilitation to Autodesk people managers in areas of engagement, performance management, and resolution of employee relations issues aligned to Autodesk culture code and global behavior standards. You will be active partners to COEs in the design, deployment and adoption of programs and initiatives.

You have a passion for building relationships, the ability to balance corporate and client needs, be an experienced HR professional, with experience in high growth and global environments and the ability to see the bigger picture. You work well and collaborate within a matrixed and cross-geo team environment.

This is an individual contributor role and will report to the Director of People Consulting for Americas and you will work fully remote.

Responsibilities

Manager coaching and employee relations, with an emphasis on performance management

Deploy, drive adoption and provide guidance around established HR programs and initiatives

Employee pulse survey insights interpretation and action plans

Consultation leveraging regional expertise and knowledge of US and Canada employee practices such as complex labor and compliance, M&A -diligence and integration and new location set up or closures 

Minimum Qualifications

5 + years relevant experience in a large company

BA/BS or equivalent work experience

HR generalist background (performance management, employee relations, compensation, M&A), with demonstrated progressive HR experience in complex situations

Advanced coaching experience exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for guiding and advising managers and employees on HR related matters

Experience with HR matters and employment regulations across the United States and Canada

Experience establishing and building healthy working relations and partnerships with clients, vendors, and peers in a matrix organization

Experience providing support to clients in multiple locations and work across time zones

Ability to think both creatively and analytically, and exhibit courage to spur innovation

Demonstrated technical expertise, including Microsoft Office and remote communications tools

Must have experience in a fast-paced, high volume, ever-changing environment, with a passion for continuous improvement and bias towards execution

Using strong project and process management skills, the ability to think both strategically and operationally about established and non-established programs and processes

Strong influencing, presentation and verbal and written communication skills; the ability to assert an "unpopular" opinion when necessary

Ability to travel 2-4 times per year

En tant que consultant(e) personnel(le), vous assurerez un accompagnement et une animation fiables et spécialisés aux responsables des ressources humaines d’Autodesk dans les domaines de l’engagement, de la gestion des performances et de la résolution des problèmes de relations avec les employé(e)s, conformément au code de culture d’Autodesk et aux normes de comportement internationales. Vous serez des partenaires actifs des CE dans la conception, le déploiement et l’adoption de programmes et d’initiatives.

Vous avez une passion pour les relations, vous avez la capacité de trouver l’équilibre entre les besoins de l’entreprise et du client ou de la cliente, vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) des RH expérimenté(e) ayant déjà travaillé dans des environnements mondiaux à croissance élevée, et vous avez la capacité d’avoir une vision d’ensemble. Vous travaillez efficacement et collaborez dans un environnement d’équipe matriciel et transgéographique.

Il s’agit d’un rôle de contributeur(trice) individuel(le) qui relèvera du ou de la directeur(trice) de la consultation personnelle pour les Amériques. Votre travaillerez complètement à distance.

Responsabilités

Encadrement des gestionnaires et relations avec les employé(e)s, en mettant un accent particulier sur la gestion des performances

Déploiement des programmes et initiatives des RH établis, en favoriser l’adoption et fournir des conseils sur ceux-ci

Interprétation des informations issues des sondages auprès des employé(e)s et création de plans d’action

Consultation tirant parti de l’expertise régionale et de la connaissance des pratiques des employé(e)s américain(e)s et canadien(ne)s, comme la complexité de la main-d’œuvre et de la conformité, la diligence et l’intégration des fusions-acquisitions, et la mise en place ou la fermeture de nouveaux emplacements 

Exigences minimales

Au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans une grande entreprise

Diplôme B.A./B.S ou expérience professionnelle équivalente

Expérience générale en RH (gestion des performances, relations avec les employé(e)s, rémunération, fusion-acquisition) avec expérience attestée en RH progressistes dans le cadre de situations complexes

Expérience avancée en matière d’encadrement où il faut faire preuve de jugement dans le choix des méthodes, des techniques et des critères d’évaluation pour guider et conseiller les gestionnaires et les employé(e)s sur les questions liées aux RH

Expérience des questions liées aux RH et des règlements sur l’emploi aux États-Unis et au Canada

Expérience de l’établissement et du développement de relations de travail saines et de partenariats avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les pairs dans une organisation matricielle

Expérience de la fourniture d’assistance aux clients à plusieurs emplacements et dans différents fuseaux horaires

Capacité à penser de manière créative et analytique et à faire preuve de courage dans la promotion de l’innovation

Expertise éprouvée en technologies, y compris avec Microsoft Office et des outils de communication à distance

Expérience obligatoire dans un environnement rapide, de grande taille et en constante évolution, avec une passion pour l’amélioration continue et un penchant pour l’exécution

Grâce à de solides compétences en gestion de projet et de processus, une capacité à penser à la fois stratégiquement et de manière opérationnelle à des programmes et processus établis et non établis

Fortes habiletés d’influence, de présentation et de communication verbale et écrite; capacité de mettre de l’avant une opinion « impopulaire » si nécessaire

Capacité de voyager 2 à 4 fois par an
