Le bureau de St-Hubert est le centre d’expertise mondial d’AGCO pour les services digitaux et les contrôleurs d’automation intelligents. Votre équipe et rôle

Le technicien en génie industriel travaille de concert avec les membres de son équipe pour implanter des projets d’amélioration continue qui génèrent de la valeur ajoutée touchant l’ensemble des activités de l’entreprise. Il gère des projets de la conception jusqu’à l’installation physique. Il participe à des études de temps et à l’organisation des opérations de production.

Le temps du technicien est divisé en quelques catégories :

Travail de bureau 20%

Prise du temps standard 30%

Projet 50% (20% Tâche de bureau et 30% Installation physique)

Responsabilités

Déployer et maintenir les standards du Système de production AGCO (Similaire au système Toyota) Supporter tous les projets d’amélioration continue de l’entreprise Gérer des projets d'amélioration continue clé en main en tenant compte du 5S, de l’ergonomie et de la santé et sécurité Participer à la conception et à l'organisation de l'aménagement ou du réaménagement de l'usine Concevoir et modifier des lignes de production en fonction de l’introduction de nouveaux produits. Élaborer et effectuer des évaluations du travail (méthodes, procédures, instructions, calcul du temps standard, etc.) Rédiger des procédures et des instructions de travail et voir à la mise à jour du manuel qualité Gérer le programme d’idées des employés Gérer les activités 5S Développer des métriques et des outils pour la gestion de la qualité sur le plancher Mettre à jour des indicateurs clés de performances Accompagner des individus ou des équipes dans l’amélioration de leurs méthodes

Exigences

DEC en génie industriel ou toute autre combinaison de formation Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier (Atout) Connaissance approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio et Project) (Intermédiaire - Avancé)

Excellentes habiletés en résolution de problème, en analyse et en synthèse Très bonnes habiletés manuelles et bonne dextérité manuelle pour implanter physiquement le projet Créativité pour pouvoir proposer tes idées Autonomie et sens des responsabilités Sens de l’organisation et bonne gestion des priorités pour planifier les étapes du projet et respecter les échéanciers établis Capacité à travailler efficacement, à communiquer de manière claire et à démontrer une écoute attentive envers ses pairs. Aptitude à faire des présentations à différents groupes de l’entreprise Maîtriser le français parlé et écrit
