Ce poste est principalement responsable de l’usinage de toutes les gates de la coulée.

TÂCHES/RESPONSABILITÉS Lorsque le moulage est reçu de la pré-inspection, vérifier visuellement si tout le matériel de vente a été retiré, valide le routeur. Utilise une fraiseuse conventionnelle pour usiner toutes les portes de la coulée selon les exigences. Utilise les fixations requises pour les pièces moulées spécifiques et inspecte les fixations pour vérifier les dommages et la conformité. S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiées. Respecte les valeurs et le code d’éthique de l’entreprise. Respecte les programmes d’environnement, de santé et de sécurité de l’entreprise

JOB SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible of machining all gates from the casting.

DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES When casting is received from pre-inspection, visual check if all sell material has been removed, validates router.  Uses conventional milling machine to machine all gates from the casting as per requirements. Uses required fixturing for the specific castings and inspects fixtures for damage and compliance. Performs other duties as required. Respects the values and code of ethics of the company. Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company.
