Staff Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering

The Work
Design, develop, and implement Java-based solutions using microservices architecture.Deploy and maintain digital platforms on the cloud, ensuring high availability and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate numerous services and ensure seamless delivery.Be a functional leader in the team, guiding the team with the best practices around solution architecture, observability and the SRE practice in generalDevelop tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity.Lead adoption of new technologies and tools in department.Help automate pipelines towards continuous delivery and deployment.Support architectural guidance and governance process.Proactively identify and address stability and performance issues in the system.Apply SRE principles to build and maintain reliable and efficient systems.Automate processes to improve system reliability and performance metrics.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and production release.Let's talk about you
