3.Summary of theopportunity
Client Overview: The Coalition Studio is a flagship firstpartystudio within Xbox Game Studios known for the critically acclaimedGears of War series. They aim to push the limits of Microsoftsentertainment platform anddevices.
Role Summary: As aProducer you will collaborate with the project team to deliverbestinclass gaming experiences while managing multidisciplinaryteams. You will work closely with the Senior Producer to driveassets and features to completion meeting quality schedule andbusinesstargets.

Milestone planning and evaluation ofpriorities
Communicating goals tothe team and ensuring timely at a highqualitylevel
Proactive risk managementand mitigation
Updating andpresenting status and information to the project leadershipteam
Identifying processimprovements to enhance teamefficiency
Providing regularcapacity plan updates
Focusing onproject development with a strong emphasis on teamempowerment

5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess
MUSTHave Skills andQualifications:
7 years ofProduction Development Manager Project Management or Coordinationexperience
Experience managinggame crossfunctional teams through all developmentphases
Shipped a minimum of 2game products ideally consoleproducts
Experience with AAAquality games on console
Proficiency in various project management methodologies (AgileScrum Waterfall etc.)
Excellentcommunication presentation and leadershipskills
Experience managingdevelopment projects from concept torelease
Experience managingmultiple crossfunctionalteams

Preferred Skills andQualifications:
Familiarity withJIRA Confluence SCRUM Agile Waterfall andKanban
