Prerequisites Industry-related university degree with several years of relevant experience Business analysis skills in a technology-based ecosystem Knowledge of payment processes and systems Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and tools Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, lean approach Knowledge of quality assurance processes (Strategies and Test Scenarios) Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, …) Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis and communication skills Ability to work in Startup/ autonomous and multidisciplinary Team mode.
