Warehouse Team Lead

Shift: 11:00 – 21:30 Monday-Thursday (4 days x 10hrs)

Location: Brampton (on site)

 Reporting to: Warehouse Supervisor

 If you are a self starter, who demonstrates excellent leadership skills, can multitask various activities, allocate resources towards time-sensitive tasks, has an eye for 100% accuracy of daily task completion, comfortable in a high traffic environment, and is not afraid of working with machinery this position may be for you

Be responsible for daily activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory, labour allocationKey focus on accuracyReconcile and maintain ongoing items – open orders, returns, claimsCoordinate training of new employees and ensure that current employees are receiving ongoing trainingEnsure warehouse compliance with all company safety policies and proceduresSupport warehouse manager in all activitiesOperate an electric reach and electric clamp forklift

We think it would be awesome if you have:

Minimum of three (3) years of Warehouse Supervisor experienceExperience operating an electric forkliftForklift license is an asset
