Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

Work collaboratively with all internal resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. Support project tracking and scheduling requirements. Maintain all project information and documentation. Responsible for supporting the project manager and other project resources during the course of the project lifecycle. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager. Learn customer processes and tools and support customer requirements. Prepares documents including customized reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence. Updates various databases as required. Maintain schedules and others reports order to track project deliverables, dates, and monitor deadlines. Respond to daily customer calls providing project updates and handling customer needs in a confident, professional manner. Manage and maintain job order files, ensuring all pertinent paperwork is sent to and received from customers; following up as necessary. Prioritizing jobs to meet customers’ commitment dates. Formulate/maintain departmental Excel spreadsheets and reports. Create professional written correspondence to customers, both internal and external. Read and analyze shop drawings for projects to provide customer feedback. Create Order Entries for assigned job to determine cost of materials and overall profitability. Ensure all project close out documents (warranties) are sent to customers. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: 

High School Diploma: Associate or bachelor's degree in Project Management preferred. 3-4years' experience working with customers in a Project Coordinator capacity preferably within a manufacturing environment. Ability to coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines while dealing with the stress of a very fast-paced environment. High degree of accuracy and meticulousness about details. Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.  Bilingual preferred (French/English)

Computer Skills: 

Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook. SAP or other equivalent ERP software knowledge is a must.

Other Skills and Requirements:

High level of interpersonal skills. Pro-active personality with high energy, self-motivation, and strong decision-making skills. Good to excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills. Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
