Tâches du titulaire

En tant que membre de l’équipe Services bancaires personnels et PME, vous collaborerez avec les spécialistes en services financiers afin d’aider les clients à valeur élevée à assurer leur avenir et à faire croître leur entreprise. En tant qu’associé en services financiers, vous offrirez du soutien administratif et du soutien à la clientèle afin de trouver des occasions de croissance. Vous créerez de solides relations de travail tout en contribuant à la réussite financière de vos clients. Vous devez pouvoir travailler durant les heures d’ouverture des centres bancaires, y compris les soirs et fins de semaine. Pour favoriser la prestation d’une expérience client exceptionnelle, vous devez pouvoir travailler à différents centres bancaires situés à une distance raisonnable.

Comment réussir

Mobilisation des clients – Mettre à profit vos connaissances en gestion de trésorerie, en crédit, en placement et en protection des avoirs pour répondre aux questions des clients et les renseigner. Collaborer avec votre spécialiste en services financiers pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers. Résolution de problèmes – Écouter le client, lui poser des questions et se mettre à sa place. Agir comme un propriétaire en prenant la responsabilité des problèmes des clients, et savoir dans quelles circonstances il vaut mieux compter sur les autres pour trouver des solutions. Compétences organisationnelles – Préparer les dossiers des clients, fixer des rendez-vous et tenir à jour les horaires. Favoriser la réussite de l’équipe en améliorant la productivité d’équipe et en découvrant proactivement des occasions d’affaires.
