ABOUT THE ROLE:

Accreditation Canada is searching for a driven and passionate professional to support its health education program (EQual) in its bold ambition to broaden its impact across Canada and the world. The EQual program partners with a growing list of health professions to support the delivery of high-quality entry-to practice education.

As a Surveyor Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator, you will join a dynamic and innovative team managing accreditation services for health education programs in community colleges, Cégeps, polytechnics, career colleges, and universities. This role entails recruitment, training and coordinating volunteer surveyors to ensure high quality accreditation services. Additionally, it involves end-to-end planning and tracking of surveys, deploying surveyors, and coordinating communications.

Main Responsibilities:

Build productive relationships with volunteer surveyors, the EQual team, enterprise and clients. Forecast surveyor needs and ensure an adequate pool of volunteer surveyors is available for accreditation activities. Recruit qualified health educators and health practitioners via direct outreach efforts including social media campaigns, calls, networking, and proactive communication. Plan, coordinate, and deliver onboarding activities for new surveyors. Maintain and update surveyor training, onboarding, and communication materials. Plan and manage surveyor deployment within defined timelines and budget parameters. Plan, communicate and track survey schedules and milestones. Act as key resource for volunteer surveyors throughout the accreditation process. Acquire and maintain knowledge of core accreditation activities and processes. Deliver presentations and share knowledge and experience. Research and implement new techniques and tools for survey planning and surveyor management. Contribute to efficiencies and continuous improvement of EQual operations. Contribute to a positive team and healthy workplace environment. Demonstrate flexibility and agility in evolving circumstances, working both virtually and in-person.

Must Have Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent professional experience in the healthcare or education sector. 3+ years of progressive and varied experience in volunteer recruitment and coordination, community outreach, stakeholder relations, or talent acquisition. Experience in developing outreach strategies to recruit volunteer contributors through various channels such as online platforms, events, and partnerships. Experience in developing outreach collateral and communication materials. Excellent French and English communication skills, with strong ability to speak, read and write in both languages, as well as to produce documents and reports. Knowledge of education and/or health care.

Desired Qualifications:

Have project management/coordination experience. Have quality assurance and improvement qualification(s). Are knowledgeable about accreditation.
