Restoration Project Manager

This Restoration Project Manager Position Features:

Main Objective
Working as part of the Insurance Restoration Team you will work to manage all Emergency and related rebuild work while helping to develop and implement systems and processes that improve company KPIs/ Margins and the Customer Experience in the Emergency Restoration Division. Your efforts will always be in the best interests of all Divisions.
As PM you will draw up estimates and determine the overall costs for new or existing residential/commercial re-construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, Insurance adjusters and vendors to calculate costs for the estimates.

Main Functions
A.Project Management – Emergency Services (primarily insurance related) work
B.Project Management – Residential and commercial restoration and or construction jobs.
C.Sales – Actively network and seek opportunities to land new clients and grow revenue
D.Improve – by use of best practice existing management systems within the restoration division
E.Available – as part of PM team for emergency, after hours, on-call projects

Must Have:

- 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Insurance restoration experience
- Reliable vehicle with a clear Driver's abstract
- Clear criminal record
