Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions for their customers. This role blends project management, client success, and technical oversight, positioning you as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless solution integration and alignment with client objectives. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Technology Sales, Account Management, or Pre-Sales, along with 10+ years of IT Project Management experience. In this role, you’ll manage full project cycles—from initial implementation to ongoing client engagement—leveraging your expertise to help drive client satisfaction and project success. Responsibilities
•Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong, strategic relationships and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
•Project Planning and Execution: Define scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage resources and budgets; and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
•Solution Integration and Technical Oversight: Ensure smooth integration of OCR solutions, collaborating with technical teams and leading testing to meet client and project standards.
•Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
•Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough project documentation, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
