Agent - Marketing (Lighting and Power Solutions)

Nous recherchons actuellement un agent marketing produits pour rejoindre notre équipe. L’agent reportera au directeur de produit et l’assistera dans la gestion des catégories de produits (gestion de la gamme existante ainsi que le développement de nouveaux produits).
Principales responsabilités
Soutien produits et données (30%)Communiquer avec les fournisseurs externes et entretenir des relations avec eux afin de recueillir des informations sur les produits (spécifications, photos, instructions, documents techniques).Documenter les bases de données internes pour la création et la maintenance des produits.S'assurer de l'exactitude et de la conformité des informations reçues par rapport aux critères de l'entreprise. Soutien sites Web (30%)Documenter les produits publiés sur nos sites web, notamment en créant de nouvelles pages de produits et en mettant à jour les produits existants.Veiller à l’exactitude et à l’intégrité des informations publiées.Obtenir et modifier (au besoin) les dessins et instructions techniques en fonction des critères de l’entreprise.Maintenir les sites web des divisions en s’assurant que les produits destinés pour les marchés respectifs ont été publiés. Soutien service à la clientèle (25%)Répondre aux questions des clients internes (ventes, service à la clientèle)Communiquer avec les fournisseurs externes afin de fournir un soutien technique et une connaissance des produits aux clients internes.Préparer et coordonner l’expédition de commandes d’échantillons ou de pièces de rechange. Soutien marketing (15%)Coordonner et suivre la création du matériel de lancement des produits (fiches de ventes, bannières Web).Coordonner et suivre la création de matériel de d’activités de marketing (catalogues, campagnes de marketing par courrier électronique, salons professionnels) conformément aux calendriers établis.Au fur et à mesure de l’évolution du poste, d’autres responsabilités peuvent être assumées:
Assister le directeur de produit dans la création d’outils de vente et de formation. Participer à des projets interdépartementaux visant à améliorer les performances de la catégorie de produits (opérations, logistique, achats, conformité, service clientèle etc…) Assister le directeur de produit dans la gestion des stocks, qu’il s’agisse de produits en fin de vie ou de nouveaux produits. Participer aux stratégies de développement des ventes pour l’Amérique du Nord.Exigences
DEC en marketing ou en administration (une expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire pourrait être considérée). Bilinguisme (français et anglais), tant à l’écrit qu’a l’oral Bonne connaissance de l’informatique :Suite MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Suite Créative Adobe (éditeur PDF)Logiciel d’édition d’imagesLe candidat idéal est quelqu’un:
