WHAT YOU'LL DO

Know, describe, prepare and serve the items on our menu: hot and cold drinks, snacks, etc.  Ensure that the work environment and the equipment are always clean, disinfected and well organized.  Ensure that supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety requirements. Check the temperature of freezers, refrigerators and other machines to optimize their operation.  Handling transactions and ensuring daily cash balancing.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience in a similar position or in the hotel industry, an asset Knowledge of tea, coffee and table service, an asset Good physical fitness: standing for several hours at a time, lift/carry loads of up to 50lb Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
