We are currently looking for two Business Analyst summer students to join our team in Blumenort, Manitoba.

HOURS OF WORK

Monday to Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM

THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst summer student, you will work closely with our team to support various projects aimed at extracting actionable insights from data to inform business strategies and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to apply analytical techniques and tools learned in your academic program to solve real-world business challenges.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis. Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to interpret data and extract insights. Support the development of predictive models and data visualizations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a specialization or concentration in Business Analytics or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Prior coursework or experience in business analytics, statistics, or data science is an asset Enthusiasm for learning and applying new analytical techniques.
