Produce Supervisor 

In our Produce Department at our Food Centre

The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Deliver legendary customer service and guest experiences Ordering, inventory, receiving and handling of merchandise Assist in training, coaching and supervision of team members Prepare/adjust weekly Team Member schedules in Time and Attendance Administration duties including creating and maintaining spreadsheets and filling Adhere to and implement Dauphin Co-op policies and procedures Responsible for online receiving, promo bookings, claims and transfers Other Produce duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

Ability to be a leader in a multi-generational team environment Mature, responsible and self-motivated  Excellent communication skills and positive attitude Computer and spreadsheet knowledge Produce Advance considered an asset Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
