Flaman Sales  has a great opportunity for you Our Lethbridge, Alberta location currently has an opening for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated General Labourer to join our team This is a seasonal, full-time position from May – August 2024, with the possibility of extension into September 2024.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

 Maintain excellent customer service  Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff and customers Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures, and protocols  Assisting in multiple departments as needed (yard, shop, rentals and parts) Ensure yard/shop areas and equipment are organized and clean Work with shipping team to receive products in a timely manner Operating forklift and other equipment Assisting customers hook-up trailers Parts runs and small local deliveries Obey Traffic Safety Act regulations and be aware of surrounding and potential hazards while operating company vehicles/equipment Other tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with coworkers and customers to ensure that we provide a great customer experience  Possess operating knowledge of equipment, enclosed trailers and flat decks Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, between 50 – 80 lbs. Clean drivers abstract and clean criminal record A positive “can do” attitude and work well with others  Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things  Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members Forklift Certification (an asset) if you do not have one, will train or pay for certification
