Key Responsibilities:
- Design Excellence: Utilize your expertise in mechanical systems and components to deliver cutting-edge designs that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with our engineering team and other design disciplines to ensure seamless integration and optimal project outcomes.
- Engineering Support: Assist in the analysis, evaluation, design, and implementation of mechanical systems, contributing to the success of projects from conception to completion.
- Construction Support: Tackle construction support issues alongside the design team and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution and timely resolution of challenges.
- Continuous Learning: Embrace technical guidance from seasoned professionals, fostering your professional and personal growth within our supportive environment.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in mechanical design for commercial and multi-unit residential buildings.
- Education: Diploma in Architectural Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technologist, or equivalent.
- Precision Drafting: Showcase your excellent drafting skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, leveraging these tools to bring your designs to life.
- Versatile Communication: Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and concise interactions with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently and adjusting to shifting priorities.
