What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence CCTV cameras, maintain a record of the visitor log Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, natural disasters, and security breaches. Conduct exterior and interior patrols by taking Gtrack device. Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports using Gtrack Perform proper information exchange to relief guard. Guard may be responsible for managing crowds and ensuring they remain orderly and safety

Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg?

Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Valid Manitoba Security Guard license Customer service oriented Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals First Aid is an asset Good with technology based systems Detail orientated
