Gestionnaire, gouvernance des données (hybride)

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un gestionnaire, gouvernance des données, pour joindre notre équipe d’analytique des données en pleine croissance. Le candidat idéal possède une compréhension approfondie des concepts de gouvernance et de gestion des données, ainsi que de la définition et de la mise en œuvre de cadre de gouvernance des données.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

Aider nos clients à évaluer leur maturité en matière de gouvernance et de gestion des données, à déployer des programmes de gouvernance des données ainsi qu’à favoriser la création de valeur au sein de l’organisation cliente. Élaborer, diriger et mettre en œuvre des feuilles de routes et des plans d’actions. Apporter un leadership éclairé, les normes et les meilleures pratiques pour offrir aux clients des solutions efficaces en matière de gouvernance et de gestion des données. Conseiller les clients sur la sélection, la mise en œuvre et la configuration de solutions technologiques de gouvernance des données pour soutenir les objectifs du programme (p. ex., catalogage de données, qualité des données, glossaire d’entreprise, outils de gestion des données maîtresses et de référence). Appliquer des techniques liées notamment à la qualité des données, à la confidentialité des données et à la gestion des données maîtresses pour résoudre les enjeux de données de nos clients. Participer au processus de vente et de la rédaction de propositions de solutions autour de la gouvernance des données.Développer la pratique de gouvernance des données et développer la connaissance de la gouvernance des données en interne. 

Et qu’offrirai-je à l’organisation?

Expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de cadres de gouvernance des données, de modèles organisationnels et opérationnels dans des organisations multinationales complexes impliquant des personnes, des processus et des technologies. Connaissance d’outils de gouvernance/de gestion des données comme Collibra, Alation, Purview, Informatica et Talend ainsi que d’outils de gestion des données maîtresses comme Profisee, Semarchy, Boomi etc.Capacité d’accompagner avec confiance des hauts dirigeants par des ateliers de travail, du coaching exécutif, de formation et d’animation. Expérience dans l’élaboration de présentations, de formations ou d’autres documents afin d’assurer la formation d’une organisation notamment sur la gouvernance des données, la gestion des données, les politiques de données, la sécurité des données et les normes de confidentialité des données, et de faire l’apologie de ces thèmes auprès d’une organisation. Volonté de collaborer avec les intervenants et les utilisateurs de l’entreprise pour comprendre les exigences en matière de gestion des données. État d’esprit axé sur la croissance éprouvé, et enthousiasme à l’idée de découvrir de nouvelles technologies rapidement et de mettre en pratique les connaissances acquises pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels. Grande motivation et capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe. Bilinguisme, expertise en communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit). 

Hybride/Au Bureau: Nous travaillons dans un environnement hybride mais il est possible que vous ayez à collaborer en personne si votre chef d’équipe le requiert.

Data Governance Principal

We are looking for a Data Governance Principal to contribute to our fast-growing Data & Analytics practice. The ideal candidate has a keen understanding of data management, as well as the definition and implementation of data governance practices. 

What will I do?

Help our clients assess their Data Governance Maturity and establish Data Governance Programs and drive data value creation and data ownership into the client businesses Develop, lead and implement plans that will roll out the Data Governance Programs within the client organization. Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective Data Governance and Data Management solutions to clients. Advise clients on the selection, configuration, and implementation of Data Governance technology solutions to support Program objectives. (e.g., Data Catalog, Data Quality, Business Glossary, MDM tools) Apply techniques related to data quality, data privacy, and master data to solve our client's data and analytics problemsParticipate in pre-sales activities and providing expertise in requests for proposals for data governance Help to develop the practice for data governance and develop internal knowledge and understanding of data governance practices 

And, what will I bring?

Demonstrable experience in establishing and embedding Data Governance frameworks in complex multi-national organizations involving people, process, and technology – creating the organization and operating model Expertise implementing process improvements within / knowledge of one or more leading governance/MDM toolsets such as Collibra, Alation, Talend and Informatica, as well as tools in master data management such as Profisee, Semarchy, Boomi, etc. Confidence to coach senior executives through governance initiatives, executive coaching, training, and facilitation Experience developing presentations, training, or other materials for evangelizing and educating an organization on data governance, data management, data policies, data security and data privacy standards. Willingness to engage with business stakeholders and users to understand data management requirements A demonstrated growth mindset, enthusiastic about learning new technologies quickly and applying the gained knowledge to address business problems Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Bilingual, expert communication in English & French (verbal and written)
