The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.
Seawall Dental is a modern, boutique clinic located in a well-established community, right next to the beach in the beautiful village of Dundarave. High producing dental practice which means high earning potential Non-assignment office with a solid patient base -- no waiting on insurancePart-time position Permanent employmentState-of-the-art technologies including iTero and CBCT/PAN scannerOpportunity to grow and be an equity partner in 123Dentist practices Mentorship and training for new graduatesExperienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a DentistHighly skilled and talented team of CDAs to assist and support you with delivering treatment and an organized front desk team to support you with bookings and managing your schedule efficientlyCOMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience)
SCHEDULE:
16-20 hours per week2 days per week (preferably Thursday and Friday but flexible)WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, ORsuccessful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process. Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health ProfessionalsEligible to practice dentistry in the province of British ColumbiaWe are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)Additional license or certificate might be required (CPR/BLS)2-3 years of experience working as a Dentist in Canada is preferred, but new graduates are welcome with mentorship providedDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
