Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Bus Driver to join our family-run team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and effective communication with passengers.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a bus following a set schedule and route.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers during transit.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all passengers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
Experience:

  • Three years of previous experience in commercial driving is required.
  • Mechanical knowledge for basic bus maintenance is a plus.
  • Effective communication in English is required.
  • Experience working with children passengers is advantageous.
  • Vulnerable sector Screening Check (VSS) is required.
  • Three year abstract is required.
Qualifications:

  • Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
  • Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on the school bus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with students and school staff.
