Delegating parts duties

Parts orders and delivery

Scheduling (Vacation Coverage and OT)

NSC Management - Logbook and vehicle maintenance

Parts counter sales (support front counter sales is required)

On-Site Inventory Management - counting, ordering, stocking

Weekly inventory usage reporting to customer

Other functions may include but are not limited to:

NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT parts

Procurement of non-CAT parts

Managing backordered parts

**Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement**

Qualifications:

Journeyperson Parts Certification

Experience working with customers and ordering parts

Field experience

Team orientated with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Caterpillar parts product knowledge and computer literacy, including familiarity with Infor\M3.

CAT System Knowledge - TMI, SIS, SIMSi, HIS

Valid Drivers License

Note:

​ * WHMIS, TDG, and Fist Aid Certification will be required upon hire *

* NOT a Fly-In / Fly-Out position*
