SAP HCM Solution Architect

Montreal, Canada High Cliff Partners Inc. Full time

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect with a proven track record leading HCM solution design for Payroll and/or Recruiting and/or Employee Central to start end of April for a long term contract. The ideal candidate would be based in Montreal, Quebec as this would be a hybrid work setting with occasional on-site work. Local candidates would be preferred but MUST be fluent in French/English.

  • Lead solution design efforts for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite, focusing on Payroll and Recruitment.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
  • Provide expertise in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the integration with third-party systems, with a preference for experience with UKG/Kronos.
  • Familiarity with other modules of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, and LMS.
