Senior Advisor Operational Risk

As a Senior Advisor - Operational Risk, Wealth Management, you will work with various stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the operational risk management framework within Wealth Management (WM). You will also be part of a team that challenges the status quo and values evolution.
Your role:
Ensure the deployment of the Operational Risk Management framework and applicable policies within the WM sector.Build and maintain relationships with business unit risk managers and other stakeholders.Ensure monitoring of WM projects and proper risk governance.Conduct analysis, make recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure implementation of action plans.Contribute to the evolution of WM's risk culture.Your team:
This position reports to the Senior Management, Risk Management, Wealth Management and is in a hybrid mode with offices located in downtown Montreal.

Prerequisites:
Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 10 years of relevant experienceExperience in operational riskKnowledge of project managementKnowledge of Wealth Management activities Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.Skills
