Bradon Equestrian is seeking a full-time home barn manager who will be essential to the seamless operation of their show jumping barn. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include:- Scheduling and coordinating staff, yard and maintenance contractors, and horse care providers.- Purchasing supplies, maintaining records, and responding to inquiries.- Supervising staff and providing support.- Filling in general barn duties as necessary (feed, stalls, turnout, etc)
The ideal candidate would already be based in Calgary and have housing and a vehicle. Open to candidates from further away, however Canadian Residents preferred.
Requirementsability to operate equipment prefferred
