Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Life Science team in Toronto . Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as a Pharmaceutical - eLogBook Developer.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive software testing, including unit testing, negative testing, system integration testing, and validation testing for electronic forms and logbooks within the Opstrakker system.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and process improvement experts to design and document electronic forms and logbooks, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical good documentation practices.
  • Configure the eLogbookForms software to electronically map business and manufacturing processes, defining workflows, data collection points, and error checking criteria.
  • Provide shop floor support by conducting unit testing with production supervisors and operators, troubleshooting any anomalies, and serving as the subject matter expert for eLogbook systems.
  • Lead and execute changes to eLogbooks and forms in response to various factors such as new product introductions, regulatory requirements, and process optimizations, while adhering to GMP change control practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field demonstrating logical, critical thinking such as Engineering, Math, Finance, Economics, Science – or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years in a software configuration or development role such as master data management, web development, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Software Experience: Developers should demonstrate a command of Microsoft Office tools of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Experience in any modern programming language (JavaScript, Python, VBScript, etc.) or HTML coding is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
