RESPONSABILITÉS :
- Agir en tant que leader financier pour notre entreprise mondiale, guidant la stratégie financière avec précision.
- Offrir des perspectives stratégiques sur les plans d'affaires, saisissant les opportunités et gérant habilement les risques.
- Fournir des conseils d'expert aux responsables de programme, aux chefs techniques et aux dirigeants de division/secteur sur la performance financière et programmatique.
- Superviser les aspects financiers critiques, y compris les commandes, les ventes, l'EBIT et la trésorerie, en fournissant des rapports perspicaces aux dirigeants de haut niveau.
- Développer des modèles financiers sophistiqués pour naviguer avec finesse à travers divers scénarios.
- Gérer les fonctions comptables, de tarification et autres fonctions financières/comptables de MAPPS avec habileté.
- Collaborer harmonieusement avec les départements pour assurer des prévisions précises et des rapports opportuns.
- Surveiller de manière proactive les factures d'étape et les prévisions de trésorerie des programmes, garantissant la santé financière.
- Établir et suivre des indicateurs de performance clés, offrant des aperçus transparents sur les coûts des programmes et les écarts de calendrier.
- Effectuer une analyse méticuleuse des EAC (Estimations à l'achèvement des coûts) des programmes sur les sites, garantissant une performance optimale.
- Maintenir une conformité stricte avec les réglementations financières/comptables sur les sites internationaux.
- Tirer parti de l'expertise en gestion financière de programme et en gestion de la valeur acquise (EVM) pour promouvoir l'excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bilingue français et anglais (OBLIGATOIRE)
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe, avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience de leadership, de préférence dans le secteur aérospatial et de la défense.
- Démontrer un historique de développement des talents et de promotion de la croissance dans l'industrie de la défense.
- Faire preuve de compétences de leadership exceptionnelles, capable de favoriser l'excellence au sein des équipes.
- Maîtriser les principes et réglementations financiers/comptables internationaux.
- Offrir des présentations convaincantes de niveau exécutif et exceller dans la gestion des EAC.
- Posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication et s'épanouir dans des environnements collaboratifs.
- Adopter les techniques d'amélioration continue et exceller dans les environnements rapides.
Expérience avec le système ERP SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead as the Finance powerhouse for our Global business, steering financial strategy with precision.
- Offer strategic insights into business plans, seizing opportunities and managing risks adeptly.
- Provide expert guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership on financial and program performance.
- Oversee critical financial aspects including Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, delivering insightful reports to top-tier leadership.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to navigate diverse scenarios with finesse.
- Manage MAPPS accounting, pricing, and other finance/accounting functions with finesse.
- Collaborate seamlessly with departments to ensure accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
- Proactively monitor milestone invoices and program cash forecasts, ensuring financial health.
- Establish and track key performance metrics, offering transparent insights into program costs and schedule variances.
- Conduct meticulous analysis of program EACs across sites, ensuring optimal performance.
- Uphold stringent compliance with finance/accounting regulations at international sites.
- Leverage expertise in Program Finance and Earned Value Management (EVM) to drive excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in both French and English (MUST)
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with over 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in Aerospace and Defense.
- Demonstrate a track record of nurturing talent and fostering growth in the defense industry.
- Exhibit outstanding leadership skills, adept at fostering excellence within teams.
- Proficient in international finance/accounting principles and regulations.
- Offer compelling executive-level briefings and excel in managing EACs.
- Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments.
- Embrace continuous improvement techniques and excel in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with SAP ERP system.
