We are seeking a skilled Security Solutions Architect to design and implement security solutions that align with our client’s Enterprise Architecture principles and Cyber Security standards. The ideal candidate will assess technology solutions for compliance, collaborate with teams to mitigate cyber risks, and apply threat modeling for risk measurement. This role also involves researching emerging technologies to enhance productivity and contributing to the development of Cyber Security processes and tools. The candidate must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, professional certifications (CISSP, CISA, or CISM), and over 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in Cyber Security Architecture. Strong communication skills and expertise in risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) are essential, along with knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, Cloud Operations, and application security within the SDLC.

Responsibilities
•Develop security solution architecture/design based on business, operational, technical and security requirement, while aligning with the client’s Enterprise Architecture principles and Cyber Security standards
•Assess the technology solutions for compliance to the Cyber Security directives and standards, following the client’s Cyber Risk & Assessment Framework
•Work with solution and project teams to mitigate and track cyber risks
•Apply a threat modeling approach to cyber security risk measurement and reporting
•Research and monitor technology developments and industry trends; assessing their applicability, functionality and reliability and recommend technologies that will enhance productivity and the achievement of the client’s business objectives
•Contribute to the development of the overall Cyber Security Solution Architecture processes, tools, standards, and templates
•Other activities and deliverables, as required.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills

•University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM
•A minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated work experience in the IT field
•A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in developing Cyber Security Architecture
•A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience working in a cyber assessment program
•Demonstrated experience with risk management and security control methodologies and frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex security and technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Additional Qualifications

•Demonstrated understanding of various Cyber based concepts such as Zero Trust Architecture and Data Loss Prevention
•Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Operations (Azure)
•Demonstrated knowledge of application security (SDLC)
•Demonstrated ability to work with an enterprise architecture framework and group
•Demonstrated knowledge of principles and best practices in software architecture and architectural/design patterns and frameworks
