Responsibilities:

Scheduling and maintaining the daily and weekly production plan for the bakery including labour requirements Creating and updating the production in MRP Supporting the delivery of the production plan Maintaining a current view of MRP for the current weeks production plan Maintaining a current view of MRP for the 13 week rolling forecast production plan Provide daily fresh schedule for all departments Review previous day’s production and implement changes to the schedule as required from the anticipated delay meeting Minimize product changeover by effective planning Participate in weekly production meetings Responsible for any shorts explanation is required daily Work closely with Purchasing, Production and Logistics to facilitate any emergency requests Maintain customer fill rate of 99.8% or better Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

College diploma preferred or equivalent experience Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
