We're looking for a Construction Paralegal in Boucherville to join our growing team and support the growth of a client who is a leader in its field.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Boucherville-based position are as follows:
- Perform legal research (titles, project disclosures, etc.) ;
- Communicate with customers and general contractors to open projects and update files;
- Assist employees in customer support;
- Carry out various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department;
- Assist credit team with denunciation letters.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position as a Construction Paralegal in Boucherville, you must have the following qualifications:
- AEC or paralegal or equivalent experience;
- experience as a paralegal or construction administrative assistant;
- Good knowledge of releases and disclosures;
- Knowledge of basic software (Microsoft Office suite, etc.);
- Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Rigor, attention to detail and organization;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
