A growth-oriented, talented President is sought to assume the direction of Petroservice’s national activities. Based in Saint John, NB and reporting to the SVP Direct Investments at Ocean Capital, the President is responsible for business growth, strategy, oversight, and day-to-day operations. The role requires the ability to grow the value of the business and to align the organization with a long-term vision. Imperative to the success will be the ability to drive change and champion innovation. The President will also play a significant role in the development of the overall corporate strategy and growth for the Canadian operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader with strong business acumen and the ability to provide expert counsel and leadership in the areas of strategic planning, business development, and general management to a growing, well respected, national organization. With a proven track record of operating effectively within an entrepreneurial environment, the chosen candidate will work in a collaborative manner, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire teams to exceed objectives. They will possess the requisite bachelor’s degree (Science, Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or an equivalent), along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience leading cross-functional teams.
