Core Competencies and Skills Required

Must have Grade 12 level of education or equivalency

Must be able to work at heights and wear a body harness

Must be a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Technician (433A) or Crane Repairman;

or

Must have successfully completed a Crane Repairman Apprenticeship;

or

Must be a graduate of a recognized Mechanical Diploma program or higher with a minimum of two years industrial mechanical experience

Must have a valid CWB 4 position SMAW ticket

Must pass rigging test
