Overview

The Product Supply Chain Manager oversees the performance of product supply and fill rate for the Western Canada Market. This role would focus on growing the sales partnership through consistent communication and collaboration, driving results across safety, fill rate, cost, capacity, and downtime to meet the variability in sales demand. This individual is accountable for managing total product supply across the Western Supply Chain market, including production scheduling and materials availability for both the Lethbridge and Taber facilities.

Various day-to-day execution and coordination of business programs within the supply chain, resolving issues among functional groups and locations. Manage the supply chain implications of ongoing and emerging initiatives such and display pallets, improved forecasting efforts, promotions, old age, etc. Develop supply chain strategies and implement tactics that support key KPIs and major programs. Manage difficult customer service situations with other supply chain functions (plant and co-pack operations, purchasing, logistics, quality, etc.) Accountable to insure proper forecasts, relationships, KPI and ordering practices with suppliers are in place so the supply chain can effectively run. Manage the warehouse customer service relief team that are responsible for order cleansing, innovation allocations, reporting, and daily sales order management.  Coach and develop team in line with our career development programs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar field Strong Office Skills: Worksheets, Pivot Tables, Presentations, SAP Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make trade-off decisions quickly Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making Strong leadership with the ability to get results through mentoring skills Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills Ability to think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same High drive for results and support key strategies
