Execute front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments. Safely perform tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting and mounting tires, balancing, inflating, and reinstalling tires. Diagnose tire issues, evaluate reparability, and apply appropriate repair methods. Basic understanding and use of alignment machines, flush machines, oil lube and filter service. Execute front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments. Assist and perform mechanical inspections and services, including work order procedures, alignment, flush machines, and oil lube and filter service. Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently surpassing each client's expectations.Qualifications and Success:
Completion of Automotive Technician Program or equivalent A valid driver's license. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout the day. Being safety conscious is of utmost importance - always wear required PPE and follow instructed work protocols. Motivated, positive attitude, respectful work environment, and develop team members in a positive atmosphere.-
