Nous sommes à la recherche dun Analyste du Recouvrement afin de travailler sur un projet de recouvrement denvergure qui demande ténacité, une attention particulière au détail et de fortes habiletés de communication. Le titulaire gèrera la performance de recouvrement de créances spécifiques a un/des clients chez notre client et aura lopportunité de faire une différence significative avec impact direct sur nos résultats. Il/elle se joindra à une équipe dynamique basée à Montréal.
Ce poste est loccasion idéale daller chercher une expérience pertinente au sein de notre entreprise denvergure mondiale et de mettre à contribution votre curiosité et vos talents. Relevant du Chef de Service amélioration continue et collection , vos tâches seront les suivantes :
- Grâce à votre leadership, à vos compétences techniques et à votre communication, atteindre de nouveaux niveaux dexcellence en performance de recouvrement des créances
- Gérer un/des comptes complexes au niveau de la collection et de vulgariser linformation aux différents interlocuteurs
- Agir en support au groupe commercial dans lanalyse de la collection de(s) client(s) et être agent damélioration des résultats de la collection à court terme
À propos de vous
Pour que votre candidature soit considérée à ce poste, vous devrez avoir les compétences et expériences suivantes :
- Baccalauréat en finance, administration ou tout autre profil connexe.
- 5 ans dexpérience en recouvrement des créances ou comptabilité ou crédit et aptitude pour la communication et le service à la clientèle.
- Grande capacité danalyse et de résolution de problème
- Capacité daborder des questions de nature délicate avec les différents groupes commerciaux ainsi que les clients
- Compétences de niveau intermédiaire ou avancé dans Excel, Power BI
- Maîtrise du français et de langlais
- Connaissance de SAP
- Capacité de sadapter et de travailler dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et en constante évolution
- Bonnes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et capacité de travailler de façon independante et aussi dêtre un excellent partenaire déquipe
- Capacité de maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les collègues
- Capacité de classer le travail par ordre de priorité, dêtre autonome et proactif
- Capacité de sadapter aux diverses situations et dapprendre rapidement

About the role
We are looking for a Collections Analyst to work on a large-scale collection project that requires tenacity, particular attention to detail and strong communication skills. The incumbent will manage the recovery performance of specific debts. one or more clients at our clients and will have the opportunity to make a significant difference with a direct impact on our results. He/she will join a dynamic team based in Montreal.
This position is the ideal opportunity to seek relevant experience within our global company and to leverage your curiosity and talents. Reporting to the Head of the Continuous Improvement and Collection Department your tasks will be as follows:
- Thanks to your leadership, technical skills and communication, achieve new levels of excellence in debt collection performance
- Manage one or more complex accounts at the collection level and populate the information to the various contacts
- Act in support of the commercial group in the analysis of the collection of customer(s) and be an agent for improving the results of the collection in the short term
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, administration or any other related profile.
- 5 years of experience in debt collection or accounting or credit and aptitude for communication and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to address sensitive issues with different business groups as well as clients
- Intermediate or advanced level skills in Excel, Power BI
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, demanding and ever-changing environment
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to be a great team partner
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Ability to prioritize work, be autonomous and proactive
- Ability to adapt to diverse situations and learn quickly
