Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les analyses financières, la modélisation et le suivi d’indicateurs? Travaillant sous la supervision de la Contrôleuse, Gestionnaire FP&A, l’analyste FP&A travaillera avec plusieurs partenaires d’affaires au sein de l’entreprise. Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne qui a un fort esprit de synthèse, une curiosité intellectuelle et d’excellentes habiletés de communication. Celle-ci devra faire preuve d’un sens aigu de l’organisation pour respecter les échéanciers et d’un grand souci du détail.

Ce que vous accomplirez avec nous   

  • Participer au processus de planification financière, y compris les budgets et les prévisions financières; 

  • Analyser les écarts au budget et les expliquer; 

  • Maintenir et optimiser des prévisions financières, des budgets, des rapports et des KPI servant aux divers partenaires d’affaires; 

  • Contribuer à la production des états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels; 

  • Surveiller les résultats périodiques, analyser les causes des écarts inattendus, mettre en évidence les tendances, émettre des recommandations et participer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise; 

  • Participer aux revues mensuelles de performance financière des marchés; 

  • Effectuer des analyses financières et des données ad hoc. 

Qualifications

Ce qu’il vous faut   

  • Baccalauréat en finance ou en comptabilité; 

  • Titre CPA (atout); 

  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente; 

  • Bilinguisme français et anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit; 

  • Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel; 

  • Excellentes compétences en modélisation financière; 

  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, débrouillardise, esprit d’équipe; 

  • Connaissance de PowerBI (un atout); 

  • Connaissance de Microsoft GP (un atout).
