Your Mission:

As a Microsoft 365 Systems Integration Administrator your mission is to accelerate the transition to cloud services within the company. In short, introduce new technologies, rationalize older tech, and influence the direction and evolution of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for improved performance.

You Will Get To:
  • Be a leader in Microsoft 365 Service Integration
  • Effectively deliver the project from planning to (and including) operations with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, scope, risk, quality and communication management
  • Participate in the workflow planning process, including the creation, technical design, development, testing, delivery and training of collaborative solutions
  • Be an active member of the technology business transformation
  • Direct solutions delivery or migration projects and contribute to project plans as needed (cloud based and on-premise)
  • Make recommendations on the technology lifecycle
  • Answering complex technical questions from other IT groups
  • Be an inspirational and motivational colleague
  • Share knowledge with team members & participate in various learning-sharing activities
  • Contribute to the collaborative and stimulating work environment

Your Qualifications
Soft Skills:
  • B.A. in computer science, information systems or business management and/or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • The ability to communicate well with internal users (customers) at all levels
  • The ability to communicate well and work with system administrators and other IT staff
  • Innovation/Creativity/Responsibility
  • Teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in complex infrastructure systems integration
  • 7+ years of experience in the deployment and operation of Microsoft Exchange, Teams, other Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams Telephony, etc.…) and Microsoft Security.
  • Must have 5+ years experience in Microsoft Exchange
  • Deep knowledge of "Active Directory" and related security policies (GPO)
  • Know best practices in IT management (ITIL)
  • Demonstrated experience managing Microsoft Entra ID is an asset
  • Knowledge Azure, AWS and Microsoft certifications are an asset
