Services Required

:

The resource must be comfortable working across various duties, from data analysis and solution design to developing iterative data models and mapping in DHI’s data handling and transformation platform. The resource must be equally comfortable handling sensitive data to generate broad insights and recommendations and working with a technical team to visualize and prepare a data management solution that works across numerous up and downstream enterprise systems.

Analyze data from multiple and disparate data sources. Conduct complex data analysis and report on query/report results. Assess and qualify referential data across systems. Identify gaps and patterns across data sets to propose data-based solutions that create new information from disparate datasets. Build conceptual, logical, relational, and/or physical data models. Assess data and associated data flows from privacy and security perspectives as defined by the organization. Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and system/data stewards to identify, design, and implement project solutions. Ingest, handle, and develop queries and commands using SQL-based datasets. Apply a system approach to improve data quality and insight generated from ingested and transformed data. Translate data modeling to technical or solution architecture diagram documentation.

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

Previous experience as a data modeler, engineer, or in a similar role. Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java and Python). Hands-on experience with SQL database design. R, Common high-level query language. Experience analyzing, handling data Demonstrated experience designing data models. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field; a master’s is a plus. Data engineering certification (e.g., IBM Certified Data Engineer) is a plus.
