Sales Advisor
ANINE BING is looking for a Sales Advisor to join the team in Montréal.
The Sales Advisor (which we refer to as Stylist) is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. The person in this role will work with an in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience.
The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide a personal and unforgettable in-store experience
- Understand the brand's story, vision, and method, and be able to naturally convey this to customers
- Knowledgeable about our products and have a desire to educate others
- Drive sales through active engagement with customers, goal driven
- Assist customers with personalized styling expertise
- Develop and nurture client relationships
- Contribute positive energy to provide a welcoming environment
- Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space
Requirements:
- 1+ years fashion, styling or retail sales experience
- Experience in personal styling and a goal driven environment
- Ability to build and maintain a client book
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product
- Must be fluent in English and French

Responsable de boutique
ANINE BING recherche un Responsable de Boutique pour diriger notre nouvelle boutique à Montréal.
Le Responsable de Magasin est l'ambassadeur ultime d'ANINE BING, incarnant les valeurs de notre marque, favorisant un environnement d'équipe élevé et progressif, développant un sens exceptionnel de la communauté et de l'expérience client, et montrant l'exemple pour dépasser les objectifs de l'entreprise avec intégrité et raffinement.
Le candidat idéal est un leader orienté vers l'humain, passionné par la relation client. En tant que Responsable de Magasin, vous dirigez la boutique pour atteindre les objectifs de vente fixe avec une mentalité stratégique. Le candidat idéal adopte une approche créative, développera et formera une équipe de vente rentable et entretiendra des relations personnelles avec les clients pour les ventes en boutique et en ligne.
Les responsabilités comprennent :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente pour s'assurer que tous les clients vivent une expérience inoubliable en boutique.
- Diriger et animer les ventes quotidiennes, la gestion de l'équipe et l'exploitation de la boutique..
- Superviser et gérer les entretiens, la formation et le développement de tous les nouveaux employés.
- Responsable de la formation continue et du développement des membres existants de l'équipe.
- Responsable des opérations de la boutique; établir un plan pour garantir que les attentes opérationnelles quotidiennes sont atteintes. Gérer le budget des fournitures mensuelles du magasin et les commandes.
- Analyse constante des ventes, des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) de la boutique, de la productivité de l'équipe et utilisation d'autres outils commerciaux nécessaires afin d'atteindre les objectifs de la boutique et maximiser les résultats.
- Gérer le planning de fonctionnement de la boutique et les heures de travail budgétées. Responsable de la gestion des demandes de congé des employés et de s'assurer que la boutique est correctement dotée en personnel pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Responsable de diriger et de favoriser un environnement de travail productif et positif pour les employés. Gérer la ponctualité de l'équipe et les responsabilités de chacun. Responsable de toutes les relations ou préoccupations des employés en partenariat avec les ressources humaines.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe du siège social pour planifier stratégiquement des événements locaux/communautaires pour la boutique. Être l'ambassadeur de la communauté pour votre marché respectif, établir des relations avec les partenaires communautaires, les amis de la marque et planifier des partenariats ou des événements saisonniers.
- Fournir des retours d'information rapides et exploitables à l'équipe de vente au détail du siège social concernant les retours sur les produits et l'allocation des boutiques pour soutenir les opportunités de vente.
- Rechercher des connaissances en mode et en produit pour renforcer votre expertise en matière de style. S'assurer que l'équipe de vente est formée et informée pour offrir une expérience de vente exceptionnelle.
- Maintenir une présentation propre et organisée de l'espace de vente et de l'arrière-boutique. Soutenir les normes de merchandising visuel et les directives saisonnières.
Qualifications :
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de leadership.
- Doit être un leader dans la prestation de compétences interpersonnelles et de service client exceptionnelles.
- Un ambassadeur du service client; capacité à créer et développer des relations avec les clients. Capable de gérer de manière proactive et positive les consommateurs.
- Expérience dans la gestion et l'atteinte des objectifs de vente, du budget; connaissance des mathématiques de la vente au détail.
- Capacité à constituer et à maintenir un portefeuille clients, puis à l'enseigner à votre équipe.
- Doit être en mesure de travailler selon un horaire flexible incluant les soirées, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
- Compétence en technologie et expérience de l'utilisation de Microsoft (Excel, Word) et de la suite G.
- Doit être bilingue en anglais et en français.
