L'entreprise recherche actuellement un Traffic Manager pour faciliter tous les aspects de la gestion des importations et des exportations, ainsi que tous les documents relatifs aux douanes et aux obligations. Le Traffic Manager contrôlera les expéditions sortantes et entrantes, supervisera la communication avec les vendeurs, les fournisseurs et les services internes tels que les ventes et l'expédition, et traitera les réclamations concernant les marchandises endommagées ou perdues pendant le transport. Dans ce rôle, vous êtes également responsable de la sélection des méthodes de livraison et devez évaluer un ensemble de facteurs divers pour prendre les bonnes décisions.

Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire Connaissance des documents d'importation et d'exportation (cautionnements, douanes, etc.). Une expérience des expéditions maritimes et aériennes est un atout. Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion La connaissance de l'industrie de l'habillement serait un atout.Les responsabilités seront les suivantes:
Recueillir des informations et des documents auprès des usines/vendeurs à l'étranger Répondre avec les transitaires sur les réservations quotidiennes ; ainsi que coordonner/consolider les expéditions afin de minimiser le fret et les frais de courtage. Aider à l'importation et à l'exportation par voie maritime ou aérienne Tenir à jour les dossiers d'exportation conformément aux exigences réglementaires. Créer/vérifier la documentation appropriée pour toutes les commandes d'importation/exportation (factures commerciales, listes de colisage, déclarations d'exportation, etc.------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The company is currently seeking a Traffic Manager to facilitate all aspects of the import/export handling; as well as all customs/bonds documentation. The Traffic Manager will monitor outbound and inbound shipments, oversee communication with vendors, suppliers and internal departments like sales and dispatch, as well as deal with claims of goods that were damaged or lost in transit. In this role, you are also responsible for selecting delivery methods and must evaluate an array of diverse factors to make right decisions.

Minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role Knowledgeable in both import and export documentation (bonds, customs, etc.) Experience with Ocean and Air Shipments an asset. Strong Organization and Management skills Knowledge of the Clothing Industry would be an assetThe responsibilities will include:
Gathering information and documents from overseas factories/vendors Respond with Forwarders on daily bookings; as well as coordinate/consolidate shipments in order to minimize freight and brokerage fees. Assist with ocean/air imports/exports Maintain export records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Create/Verify proper documentation for all import/export orders (commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, etc) to ensure proper declarations
