What you’ll do:
Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the department Prepare a wide variety of baked goods using specific guidelines Ensure consistency of all products being baked Ability to follow production planners working with the Manager to project daily requirements while managing shrink Keep cooler and freezers organized while having a good understanding of stock Cleaning bakery in adherence to all food safety guidelines Filling out temperature and sanitation guidesWhy it matters:

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
Post-secondary education in related field (Red seal certificate preferred) Previous experience as a retail Baker Previous cake decorating experience Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong verbal communication skills Exceptional math skills Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods of timeOur Team Members receive competitive wages and an employer-contributed pension plan as well as recognition programs for service.
