Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager will lead our team of technicians in performing consulting related to Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) issues and consulting for clients with water infiltration issues, mould growth, and hazardous materials.

A Day in the life of the Project Manager at Pinchin

Develop business relationships with both new and existing clientsPrepare proposals for mould and IEQ projectsSupervise and perform mould, IEQ and infection control services consulting projects for assessments and remediation/abatement workSupervise, train and mentor Project Technologists in their job functionsManage WIP, A/R and invoicingMaintain and enhance quality control within the group

What you bring to the Pinchin team 

Bachelor of Science or Applied Science Degree is preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in a related industryFamiliar with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project related financial managementIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Strong interpersonal, presentation and team building skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsVehicle and valid driver's license (work-related travel expenses are compensated)Availability to travel
