As Vitacore rapidly expands into new product lines and markets, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team to help create a larger impact in healthcare, recycling and more. About the Role:Vitacore is searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing Fulfillment and Logistics team The Fulfillment Associate will have previous fulfillment and logistics experience, previous shipping and receiving experience, and a keen eye to help the company improve processes and efficiencies while being cost effective.  Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship);
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store);
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits (manual lifting of boxes and containers may be required, up to 30lbs or less);
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization;
  • Complete daily logs into inventory;
  • Report any discrepancies;
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers;
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
 Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience as a Fulfillment Associate;
  • Must have MS Excel and other Microsoft apps proficiency;
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems;
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs);
  • Associate Degree or higher.

Compensation: Between $25 to $28 per hour
Benefits: Health & Dental benefits, fully employer paid
Vacation: 2 weeks paid
